"Welcome to Occupational Therapy with Mrs.Kennedy"

The goal of school based occupational therapy is to improve a student's performance on tasks and activities that are important for successful school functioning. We consult with educators and parents to make recommendations of task adaptations and modifications. We research and recommend assistive devices when necessary and we provide direct intervention to improve, restore and maintain the skills required for functioning in the school environment, such as fine motor, visual motor, visual perception and sensory processing skills.
